“Of the many podcasts to which I subscribe, Excuses to Connect ranks among the best. Richard Lee-Thai's guests are always surprising and highly interesting. I never fail to learn something, and I usually gain new perspectives. Richard is a natural interviewer. He really listens​ to his guests and responds to them in a meaningful way. I often get the sense that I'm not listening to a podcast at all. Instead, I feel like I'm a fly on the wall, privy to a deeply rich, personal conversation between two friends. Best of all, Richard is a self-described introvert, so even though his show appeals to all types of personalities and intellects, he knows what it's like for those of us who struggle with social discomfort. He instinctively knows the right questions to ask. I always come away feeling a little more understood, informed, encouraged, and inspired!”
